SWORDS OF TRUTH MINISTRIES is a unique opportunity that God has given to us through blending our love for fencing and our passion for developing positive and Godly character in this up and coming generation.

My wife and I have been working with young people in local churches for most of our adult lives serving in youth and children’s ministry. We’ve always had a strong passion to see young people develop their character and become all of who God created them to be, making them positive assets to their communities.  

Back in 2005, we began fencing as a hobby, not looking for anything more than spending time together as a couple through recreational exercise. We not only fell in love with the sport but also with the positive effect we saw in the young people who were participating in the fencing club. The sport of fencing introduces, reinforces, and restores many positive character traits like honor, integrity, and sportsmanship to name a few.

I (Kyle) am involved with the fencing club, but am also on the board and set in as the chaplain for the organization. I was also instrumental in developing and running fencing programs in both a local public high school and a homeschool organization where I’ve witnessed many youths develop into extraordinary adults.
